 Norco’s Advanced Doctor-Driven, Care-Centered Veterinarian

With the Most Flexible Hours Anywhere

From comprehensive medical services to grooming, boarding, daycare with outdoor play area, and more, Norco Animal Hospital has been expertly caring for the dogs and cats of Norco, Corona, Eastvale, Castle Park, Riverside, and surrounding cities since 1989. And when it comes to valuing animal care, there’s not a better city anywhere. Dubbed “Horsetown, USA” for its celebration of equestrian culture, Norco veterinary professionals enjoy an unparalleled level of community respect.

This shared loved of animals and rural atmosphere have created a close-knit community with a small-town feel, and strong support for its local businesses. Norco residents enjoy more than 400 acres of parkland and one of the largest networks of horse trails in the nation. Commuters to Norco normally find an easy drive against traffic from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego County, and the hospital is located just blocks from the 15 freeway.

Voted the area’s Best Veterinarian in The Press-Enterprise 2014 Readers’ Choice Awards, Norco Animal Hospital utilizes today’s most advanced veterinary technologies—combined with the personal care of a neighborhood clinic and the work-life balance that fuels doctor fulfillment. In this vet-driven setting, we welcome the biggest dogs to the smallest kittens. A comfortable, spacious facility features six exam rooms (including one feline exclusive room), a state-of-the-art surgical suite, dedicated consultation space, and in-house lab enabling results that are quick and accurate.

Most importantly, our vets are some of the best in the industry—and trained in a variety of disciplines. For the most specialized cases, doctors have access to board-certified experts in areas ranging from dermatology and radiology to cardiology and oncology. Veterinarians are also supported by a staff of registered veterinary technicians (RVTs) and technician assistants—a group known for its extensive training and an enthusiastic spirit that’s contagious.

Other Ways We Honor Our Commitment
to Doctor Success and Fulfillment

Flexible vet schedules: We have several doctors on staff—and we’re open seven days a week and until 10 p.m. most evenings. Moreover, our daily low-cost, walk-in vaccine clinic provides a constant stream of new business.

At our Norco location, founder involvement underlies the flexible, collaborative, and compassionate culture that defines the hospital. Recognized as 2004’s Best Veterinarian by Inland Empire Magazine, Dr. Kermit Smith founded Norco Animal Hospital in 1989. Today, he continues to practice as an integral member of the team at Southern California Veterinary Group, providing a guiding presence for developing veterinarians.
